Lewis Wang is a PhD student in philosophy at Boston University. Prior to Boston, he studied at Oxford and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His primary research interest is in the theoretical philosophy of Immanuel Kant, including Kant's transcendental idealism and epistemology. Currently, he is writing his dissertation on the meaning of Kant's transcendental idealism. He also has interests in Hegel's political philosophy and in Buddhist philosophy, and especially in the Yogacara idealism found in the Chinese texts.
